On March 3, 2025, Mr. Cheng Chunchao, Chairman of Hangzhou Optimum Vehicle Certification Technology Co., Ltd., and Professor Ma Linjun, Executive Deputy Director of the Vehicle Product Laboratory of Jiangsu University, jointly attended the signing ceremony. (ISO/IEC 17020/IAS AA-874).
