APT Partners with CHONGQING HUANYU AUTO SALES CO., LTD. to Establish International Standard Inspection Center for Used Vehicles

On October 13, 2025, Chairman Fu Yueming of CHONGQING HUANYU AUTO SALES CO., LTD. and General Manager Cheng Chunchao of Hangzhou APT officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement on used vehicle inspection and testing, marking the official launch of in-depth cooperation between the two parties in the field of used vehicle export inspection.

Working together, the two sides aim to jointly build an internationally credible used vehicle inspection system to provide authoritative quality endorsement for "Chongqing vehicles going global." At the signing ceremony, Chairman Fu Yueming and General Manager Cheng Chunchao delivered speeches respectively, elaborating on the cooperation vision and future prospects. Both parties stated that they will take this cooperation as an opportunity to further deepen cooperation in used vehicle inspection, certification, consulting and other fields, and jointly promote the internationalization process of China's used vehicle export industry.

The "International Standard Inspection Center for Used Vehicles" established through the cooperation between APT and CHONGQING HUANYU AUTO SALES CO., LTD. will not only serve Huanyu Automobile and the "Banan Used Vehicle Export Base," but also provide high-quality services to used vehicle export enterprises in Chongqing and surrounding southwest regions.
